“The Outlet Collection at Niagara” is an open-air outlet shopping centre, currently being built in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This shopping centre is slated to open in May of 2014 and will house approximately 100 marquee retailers. Anchored by a Bass Pro Shop, phase 1 will feature eight single-level buildings totalling 520,000 sq. ft. of gross leasable area and will include a food court pavilion and an event area for a farmer’s market. The project, no doubt, will be a key destination for Canadian and American tourist alike.

The primary function of the General Manager position is to secure the maximum possible return over the medium to long term from Ivanhoe Cambridge’s investment, and to ensure that the property is maintained and administered at an optimal level.
