STRATEGIQUE Real Estate Services Inc. Appoints New VP

Bill Herlihy, President of STRATEGIQUE Real Estate Services Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Georges A. Renaud FRI, CPM as Vice-President, Business Development of STRATEGIQUE. Georges will offer a full line of services to owners including Creative Leasing and Marketing programs, high quality hands-on Property Management services and the coordination of due diligence reports for buyers and lenders.

Mr. Renaud is a 30 year real estate veteran who has held senior positions in firms specializing in property management, workout strategies, leasing & sales, promotion & marketing of a variety of real estate portfolios in Quebec and Western Canada including: downtown and suburban office buildings; retail malls and strips; industrial and mixed use complexes; hotel, multi-family & senior housing projects.
Mr. Renaud holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and FRI designations and has a Certificate in Urban Land Economics from the Sauder School of Business of the University of British Columbia. He has instigated and managed retrofit programs that have created added value for owners and extended the life cycle of the Sun Life Heritage Building in Montreal as well as other commercial, multi-family and industrial properties.
Mr. Renaud is a certified teacher with the Montreal Real Estate Board’s Collège de l’immobilier and has just been accepted on the Faculty of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is a past-president of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, the current president of the IREM-Quebec chapter, President of the Foundation of Catholic Community Services (FCCS) and sits on the board of numerous community organizations.
