Vacancy increased by 30 bps q-o-q to 8.7%. Despite this trend, leasing activity remains strong in most markets.
Leasing strength in Suburban markets is led by the North market. Vacancy spikes in the East and West markets are localized to a handful of buildings.
Downtown tenant activity is split between the Downtown Core and the Downtown Periphery, with the latter outperforming the former.
